Help with Claro

Hello friends!
New to Nica, it's been 17 days since I left Sydney and it's been a rollercoaster. I'm running a hostel and I'm having phone issues. I'm hoping someone in here can help, and as I become more savvy I'll pay it forward.

Mobile and internet with Claro, can anyone explain how it works? I run out of credit all the time, sometimes within a few days and I cannot send text messages. I signed up to a promotion that gives me a set amount of data over 7 days but I don't even get close to half that before it runs out?
