Charity Suggestions

Hey, folks. I'm looking to pay it forward a bit and while I'm not in Nicaragua yet, I'd like to contribute some to a worthwhile, reputable organization that preferable benefits kids in some way. Anything from futbol to school supplies. Also, since I am currently in the US, does anyone know of relatively easy ways to transfer funds to said charity. Thank you so much in advance for any helpful information
