Renewing a Car Permit (Temporary Import Permit)

I'm headed to Managua next week to renew/extend my Temporary Import Permit on my car with US Plates. I've read how and where to do this on other sites (there's a good write up here - http://www.thenextadventures.com/renew-vehicle-import-permit-nicaragua/) but I'm curious if anyone knows the hours of the D.G.A. office in Managua and if they are open on the weekend?
