Stop Signs

I live in the Corinto area (El Realejo) and have lived here for about 3 years and have been coming here for about 10 years. I am confounded, dazed and confused by the fact that there are many intersections in Corinto, Chinandega, and Leon that do not have stop signs. I see new bus stops, school zone signs, sidewalks, etc. while there are many intersections with no stop signs. This could not be good for tourism or attracting foreign investment.
