Land for lease/sale?

Hello again!
Is anyone interested in leasing or selling me 5 acres of some flat ish land with minimal trees, power access, maybe some water (i can drill a well if not)
I'd like to build some small outbuildings for me to work out of but aside from that i don't need a whole lot.
I might be there 2 months out of the year, broken up through the year.
Oh and, do you like rum?
