Workers vacation days (double pay)

My worker keeps coming up with all these additional vacation days in which he claims are double paid Holidays. I have looked all over the internet and the only paid holidays I can find are 9 days including: Jan 1st, 2 days in Samana Santa, May 1st, July 19th, September 14 & 15th, Dec 8th and Dec 25th. He is claiming these are local holidays which are also double pay. Would anyone have clarification on this? thank you
