Re locate from TN

Looking to Relocate from TN to either Granada or San Juan Del Sur. We will come visit first for 60-90 days love the beach and also Disabled Vet with Disability income any hints or other areas with expats that love were they live. We understand the difference between the 2 country and do not expect to live like we do in the states. I did 3 tours in Afghanistan and lived in Plywood Box with a toilet so we can adjust . Any advice from Expats would be great >
