Internet reliability

My wife and I are coming to Leon for 6 months starting in November.
We both work on line for 4 or 5 hours every morning . Our work involves a lot of real time live streaming.
I have not been able to track down any current information on internet reliability . ( just some negative comments about Claros customer service.) Specifically I would like to know about internet speed ,cost, and reliability of the system if the power goes out.
