Getting customs clearance

We have just arrived in Nicaragua and have sent six boxes of personal affects via TNT couriers from the UK. The boxes have now arrived in Managua and are in customs. Can anyone recommend a customs agent or clearance officer to help us get our possessions. Many thanks, Kath
