I have read a lot in this forum and om the web, but i would like to ask your advise. I also know that what to recomment depends on the individual person but Again i want to hear what you have to say:)
We er a Family from denmark who is planning to move to Nicaragua in the beginning of 2017. We are planning a long trip to visit in the summer 2016.
We have to kids at the age of 5 and 8 so school os a big issue for us. We would like a good school but not too strict. Its more important that is has a nice inviroment and that the kids have fun when they learn and that it has the IB system.
We like nature in some form, and we like to live a nice quit place (maybe a suburb?) where our kids can have some friends nearby (in driving distance). It would be nice to have some shopping near by, but nice people to socialize with is more important.
We also like warm tropical sunny weather, but not too hot :)
We need to have internet acces as our business is online.
We want to feel ok-safe in our neighbourhood.
We want to live middle class so not too expensive.
So my questions:
1. Any good schools to recommend? We have been looking at The Nordic School in Managua or the SJDS day school. And we plan to live nearby the school unless there is schoolbusses?
2. Is it possible to rent a house/Apartment with pool somewhere in SJDS or Managua where its relatively safe and how much are the prices?
3. Other areas you have good experience from?
If anyone could share expiriences on Skype i would gladly do that too :)
