Moving to Nicaragua

My wife and I are thinking to moving to Nicaragua, I was wondering if anyone could help us find a job or at least point in the right direction. My wife is a Canadian trained naturopathic doctor and I have experience in sales, customer service and business management, we are both fluent in English, my wife speaks Spanish at 70% fluency and I'm 100% fluent in Spanish. Thanks for your help
