Family of 4 To San Juan Del Sur

Hi everyone great to be here. We're a family of 4 heading to San Juan del sur by July 1 looking for some information on long term housing rentals with a budget of 3 to 600 Us monthly? 2 bedrooms ideal, and that accepts a puppy (4th member of the family;). A couple of Canadian entrepreneurs looking to meet some great people in the area to hang with and get to know.. Any latest updates on SJDS that we should also know about would be fantastic.
