Auctioneer looking for work

I could use some advise. I am a retiring auctioneer who specializes in Real estate and Horticultural Companies (Nursery's and tree farms). Does any one see any needs for these skills in Nicaragua. I noticed the Cigar auctions. But have not attended any. I also am fluent in Web design. just looking for ways to make some extra income or trade.
