Looking for that special place to move!

I am looking to move from CR after 7 years. I am tired of the bee hive and the landlord is raising the rent again. I work from home in the Call Center business and I only make about $800 a month. So I was considering if I could find a very inexpensive furnished home to rent as long as I can get 10meg internet and will seriously would consider some what off grid as long as my shopping needs are in walking distance. If any one may of such a place, please let me know!
