Does anyone know of any property management companies that provide service outside of the major tourist regions such as San Juan Del Sur, Granada, Tola and Managua? We are searching for a company that is willing to provide management of a rental property (house) near Jinotepe, and are consistently hearing the same thing - nobody seems to work outside of the major areas. Any leads would be greatly appreciated - even an individual who is down in the area who is willing to take on managing and overseeing a house rental.
Also, what real estate company would you recommend to deal with who works with properties in Huehuete - as we are also selling some beachfront property. The common thing we keep hearing from many 'real estate companies' is they will not even travel to the property to take photos, and have been requesting that we do so. One had even asked us if we have someone to show the property - kinda funny to hear from a real estate agent....lol. We currently live in Canada, and need some help from someone reliable who is actually in Nica..
