Temporary job in Nicaragua ?

Greetings amigos :)

I've been traveling around South America since January last year (2016).

Flew to Argentina from Europe.........and thus began my work-adventure. Worked as a waiter/kitchen-help in Buenos Aires for 3 months. Then, on to Chile, where I worked in a grocery-store for 2 months.

Next stop was Bolivia (handyman in a local hotel).......then Brazil.........then Peru, Ecuador, and finally Colombia.

Point is: I do odd jobs here and there, while I travel. Never official. It's all done off the books.

I hardly ever get paid, because, right off the bat, I tell potential employers: don't want pay. All I want is food and board, in return for me working. Most of the time, they are only too happy to take me on, albeit temporarily.

Right now, I'm working as a deckhand on sailboats, at the Cartagena marina. Been here since April. I love it here, but my 3 months are almost up.

Hence...........the reason for my post. I'm heading to Nicaragua soon.

What are my chances of finding a job in Nicaragua? Something off the books, for a few months? Not looking to get paid. Just room and board.

If I can't find anything in Panama, I'll move on to Costa Rica........and then Nicaragua, and maybe Mexico.

Gracias )
