Health Cert

My mother and I are in the (very) early stages of considering a move to Nicaragua. One thing we are both concerned about is the health cert needed for residency. My mother is an epileptic and I have an incurable brain disease and am autistic. We both speak Spanish (Gitano grandfather) and can take care of ourselves, I've spent time abroad, and we have no family left in the US, so we are very interested in going somewhere that we could live more comfortably on our combined disability. I've seen a few posts about others moving down with military and work related disabilities, but the details were slightly vague. Is the health cert more towards communicable diseases or would our disabilities be a roadblock?
