Crossing at Peñas Blancas

Good evening everybody. Been a while since I posted here. Been a while since I visited Nicaragua, June of last year in fact. I'm planning a trip through San Jose (best airfares) and would like some updated information on crossing at Peñas Blancas. Final destination is Jinotepe/Diriamba. Anything in particular that I need to know? Thanks, and hope everyone (from the old days and the new days) is doing well.
