Concerts in Managua

I will visit Nicaragua for the 4th time in mid-December. I would like to attend classical, folklore or gospel concerts during my stay. I started my search by trying the website of Teatro Ruben Dario, which I visited 10 years ago. Apparently the site is inactive. Can someone help me? I understand Spanish, therefore I can even see a play, if any is offered during the time I will be there. Also, I like choirs and classical music. If someone give me the web address of a site with a list of artistic events, I can do the search myself.
