Lots of silly questions!

Total newbie here! Planning on moving to Nicaragua in the next couple of months with my family.

I have a few questions that I'm sure seem silly, but I just can't find any information about them online.

The language doesn't worry us because we are fluent in Spanish, and the move/culture shock etc. doesn't really either because we've traveled a lot. We have questions about other, little things!

How hard/expensive is it to order from Amazon? Can you maintain your Amazon Kindle account (my son would really like to continue reading books in English)? Does Netflix work in Nicaragua? Are movies in theatres dubbed? Are there any things that are impossible to find, that expats really, really miss?
