Rental in SJDS

I'm looking for a nice rental somewhere in Rivas for 6 nights beginning this wednesday. Doesn't have to be on the sand or anything but I need a solid internet connection to work, A/C and a clothes washer, (a dryer would be heaven!) Just for my wife and I so 1 br works. I haven't been to SJDS since 2005 so I have no idea what the area even looks like anymore.
