bringing our dog with us to retire in Nicaragua

We will be retiring in 3 years and leaving the US. If we retire in Nicaragua would we have any problem bringing our dog ? Any breeds that are banned ? Would she be put in quarantine ? Anything else we should be aware of ? Pic attached. Thanks very much !
