I'm trying to arrange a trip this August 12. My current plan is to fly from Atlanta to Liberia, then on to Peñas Blancas by bus. Ultimate destination is Diriamba. A couple of questions: I understand that the border is now open between Nicaragua and Costa Rica. What proof of vaccine and C-19 test does Costa Rica and Nicaragua require to enter? Is there a quarantine period?
