Selling house in Leon

I bought real estate in Leon, Nicaragua back when the country was more stable, and the future was bright. Now im faced with a Leon going downhill every day, with the political situation, the economy in the dumpster, pollution, climate change, horrible/ nonexistent city services, crumbling unsanitary hospitals, never-repaired streets, sidewalks full of trash, flies, ants and vermin in my house all the time, and worsening quality of life in every direction.
