I would like my 24=yr old Nica citizen accompany me through the CR border crossing. My eyesight and language skills are deficient and would like for her to help me with the paperwork and not get stuck in CR for the 3-day waiting period. A 1-hr turnaround would be great.
But she has never left Nica-land and doesn't know if a passport is needed to travel to neighboring countries. It seems I read somewhere that surrounding countries have a pact to honor each others residency. NO passport needed. Is this true? I'm crossing over from Rivas.
