It is a very interesting topic why US citizens decide to move to another country.
The main reason was: the cost of living. Another was political dissatisfaction. Many people believe in NWO and that the US is not enough liberal, so they decided to look to socialist governments.
The first reason pertinent to financial status is not valid anymore. The Small Town USA is very often more affordable than destinations abroad assuming the same life quality.
Many outside destinations tax worldwide income like Mexico, for example.
No country offers comparable healthcare to the USA. International insurance plans are prohibitively expensive.
For retirees, the inability to use Medicare abroad is another issue. Therefore, the USA provides its citizens with a lot of benefits, so leaving does not make sense anymore. Climate?
