Croatian Coast

Why do so many people want to visit the Coast ?? its so much nicer seeing the real Croatia and the rest of the Country, yes the coast is nice but I prefer inland where its real and the coast is only 4 months a year, inland is full time, we have a house on the coast BUT we prefer to live near the city of Zagreb, much more to do, come and see the real Croatia inland and stop paying expensive Coastal prices. Most Croats would not live on the Coast only visit there as its a part time place.
