renting in Krk

i hope to come to Croatia in December for retirement and am looking to rent part of apartment or house until i get sorted out. i'm thinking maybe in the country (3-5km from city) with space to build a small sail boat of 4.5 meters.
budget will be about 150Eu-200EU per month.
any ideas ?
