Question about pain meds in croatia

Hello I am new to this forum,
I was a victim of a near fatal motorcycle accident in the USA 11 years ago. I am now disabled and cannot work do to chronic back pain and need opioid medication to control my pain levels
I am wondering if anyone knows the availability of strong pain meds in Croatia?
I survive on Social Security Disability from the USA.
