USVI business owner looking to relocate to St Lucia with business

My husband and I have lived in St Thomas for 6 years and are very accustomed to island life. We are interested in making a change, and as a long time happy visitor of St Lucia I feel it might be the perfect fit. We have a "mobile" food business, everything quickly and easily able to be transported. We have a successful business model that is easily replicated or transferred to any Caribbean market. Is it possible to move ourselves and our business to st Lucia? Any advise on how and if American citizens can make a move and start a business in St Lucia would be very helpful.
