Toddler activities and meeting other mum's

Hello, my family recently moved to St Lucia due to my husband's job. We have settled into life here, our 2 year old is at nursery for a few hours each morning, and I spend that 'me time' hunting for food (as we all know that one supermarket will never complete your shopping list here!!). However, my query is this; I am looking for other mum's in my position for potential play dates in the afternoons or other activities for my little girl to join in, but keep drawing up blanks. No swimming lessons as a minimum of 3 kids is needed and so far only us! No dance classes unless you are St Lucia/at school/over the age of 5! We go to the beach/pool everyday (unless torrential rain), but variety is needed and I can't seem to find any. Any advice please on these 2 queries? Thanks x
