Tax Withholding

Hi all, I am planning to work as a consultant for my U.S. based company while living in Saint Lucia. I am trying to understand the tax rates for residents who work abroad and how these impact taxes paid in the U.S.. Can anyone provide some good resources? Or a financial tax lawyer who understands Saint Lucia and US taxes which you can recommend?
