Anchorage and Harbour

Hi , we have seen some properties in anchorage and harbour in Rodney bay . Does anyone know how is the security there ? Do they have a 24 hrs security ? We also saw some thing in cotton bay village in cap estate . How is it there in terms of safety ? And maintenance. Any advice would be helpful . Thank you for that . Emma
