Living in Cas En Bas

Hello All!

I am just wondering about the Cas En Bas area. My 10 year old son and I will be moving the Saint Lucia in about 2 months. We have found a beautiful home in this location and they said it is 10 minutes away from Rodney Bay. We are very excited for our upcoming adventure. Well I feel I am more excited than my son. He said he is going to miss the snow and the cold. I am not sad about leaving the snow and cold behind. I just want to make sure that this is a nice and safe area to be in? And also family, kid friendly?

I appreciate all of the advice you can give me. I'll take any and all advice about moving to Saint Lucia. Thank you!
