Good day

My wife has been relocated from South Africa to Lusaka Zambia and I am looking for work in Lusaka.

I am current working for Consol Glass the biggest glass manufacturing company in Africa. We are also a Blue Chip company were I have been working over 10 years in production management and have a electrical diploma.

My roll and responsibly is as follow.

DUTIES:
Develop and maintain a stable workforce of 35 subordinates Training and Development HR and IR issues Performance Management Manage resources in terms of:
Manpower needs
Material
Production Equipment
Process Control
Quality
Implementation of new technology and procedures Initiate improvement projects Develop and maintain Standard Operational Procedures Maintain ISO 9002 Standards GMP Standards S.H.E.O Safety System failures Overtime and labour costs management Performance Results IOD Reports
ISO90001/2000 Quality management
Manager Reporting
Proactively manage fault reports
Production Costing to improve profitability Mission Directed Work Teams (MDWT) Presentations Implementation and Training Performance Targets and Goal Alignment Process Improvement Projects Reward and Regicnition Programme Social Events Strategy Planning Projects Implementation of good working practises
