Coming to Playa Carocal

My husband and I planned to retire in the Coronado area. Alas, my husband died suddenly and I was left with 53 feral cats. Don't worry the cats will not be coming to Coronado but my son, wife and grandchildren, and my 85 year old neighbor will be coming for 3 days the end of November.
My son was wondering if there are any tour agencies in Coronado that could do a tour of Coronado for about 4 hours for 7 people. I have not been able to find any. Need bulingual-English.

My son does not want to drive--I promised my son and daughter I'd babysit and let them have some night time in Coronado. Do any of you know any taxi drivers that are bilingual and would consider being a private driver for 2 days on call? What would the cost he?
