Hello all,

We are planning to travel to Cuenca this summer- cuerrently in Medellin. Please help us understand about the following:
- Can you drink the tap water safely?
- I have read in some lodging postings that toilet paper cannot be flushed along with the toilet waste. Is this true for all bathrooms, or just some?
- Are public bathrooms available in Cuenca? Are they clean/well maintained?
