immunoglobulin deficiency CVID

Hi,
I will have to get monthly infusions for immunoglobulin therapy. I called Dr Gladys Garcia in Manta and she sent some images of 2 products available in Ecuador. I actually called an immunologist in Cuenca but he was too busy to help me. I pay nothing for it here in the states because of my income. Does IESS have a great AVAILABLITY? There is an insurance policy that has both private and IESS. Do you also recommend paying Blue Box insurance now to whack away with the grace period? Those who now them say yes. Believe me my eyes are open. He said I need to come there and actually see what is available, of course. My arrival date is to be 4/2025. I have researched and research many topics regard moving and living in Cuenca. Who should I talk to in Cuenca and how much is it going cost? I have many pre-existing conditions. 2 year waiting period with an $8,000 limit? Is that the for the life of the disorder or each time. I don’t seem to get a bottom line answer as to which policy is best? I want to hear it from you in the forum. Thank you much.
