Meditation

Hi there!

I have just moved to France from the UK, spending time both in Paris and the Pyrénées. I used to attend an online meditation group in the UK. But now with the 1h time difference that runs past my bedtime :)
So I am looking to run a similar (free) online meditation group myself now for any Paris based expats interested in meditation.

Basically it would be over zoom, and as a group we'd just pick a meditation from either an App, Youtube, or do a guided meditation (I'm happy to run those) about 20 minutes or so. Then afterwards we have a chat about what we thought of the meditation and how we experienced it.
Usually it is a nice way to connect with people socially, while doing something interesting and mind expanding at the same time!
