To keep Medicare part B or not? Would money be better spent on private insurance?

Any important question that we have is is it worth keeping up Medicare part B or just buy private insurance in Brazil. We know that SUS would most likely not be an option, but the private insurance I believe includes dental. Then there is the prescription issue that we will look into with generics etc. Not sure about things like Humira and Ozempic and if these would be covered by private insurance. .Lots of questions, but we have 2 years to chew on these questions. Any suggestions are welcomed!
