HELP! Looking for an old friend who lived in the U.S. in the early to mid 1980's

My name is Joshua Roark and I live in the U.S. in the state of Kentucky. I am looking for an old friend that I knew when I was young, who's family moved back to (somewhere in) Ecuador. His name is Javier, he has a younger sister named Juliana, his mother's name is Josephina and his father's name is also Javier. He would be aged 42-43 years old, they lived in the Ashland, Kentucky area of the U.S. in the early to mid 1980's when they moved back to Ecuador. I unfortunately do not recall their last name, but if anyone has any information or can possibly point me in a direction to look, I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you!
