Hi, all. I am planning to renew my 4 year talent passport, projet economique innovant early next year. According to the Etranger En France website, I can apply online as early as three months before my resident permit expires.
Does anyone here have experience renewing this type of resident permit which is tied to creating a company? The list of required documents for a renewal is the same as for my initial application which was made before the company was up and running.
Don't they want to see documents detailing the establishment of the company e.g. KBIS, and copies of corporate bank statements? These documents are not on the list.
I had a very difficult time with the prefecture during my original application and don't want to have the same problems which included additional document requests and long delays. Based on my experiences back then, 3 months may be extremely optimistic timing for me to get the permit renewed.
