Internet service in Esquipulas

My wife and I are about to move to Esquipulas and we are wondering about the availabilitiy of internet service there.

We have HughesNet and DirecTV. We've been told both will work there, but to be honest... we need something better than our satelite system for our VoIP phones.

Anyone have any experience? We would love to know about costs, experiences, etc.

We would also love to know about housing prices as we have been offered a house outside of the city but it doesn't have phone cables in the area so I think we are going to look in the city itself.
