Moving to HU, tax free import for 1 year ?

I am planning to live in my flat in Budapest for part of the year. I hear that you are allowed to import into Hungary your personal belongings for a period of time. Where can I find more details of the procedure and rules ? Is it a hassle ?
I should have my Hungarian passport withing a month or two, if that makes a difference. I live in the US currently .
