Italian Citizenship

Has anyone been able to obtain Italian citizenship through their grandparents being from Italy? If so, with whom did you deal and did you have a positive experience.
My wife Mary is looking for direction in obtaining Italian citizenship. All four of her grandparents came from Italy: one from Naples, another from Palermo, Sicily, and two from elsewhere in Campania.
Any leads would be appreciated.
