I am scheduled to deploy on the 8th of June (1 week from now) to become a FPO for CSA. Looking forward to it and before anyone goes off on a tangent, I have read bad reports about CSA and how they treat their employees, but it is like everything else, it is what you make of it. I was in the military for 20 years and spent MUCH time in Kuwait living in tents and pulling 14 hour shifts 7 days a week for over 6 months at a stretch. I can handle living in an apartment while pulling my duties this time.
I have been on this board asking many questions and have gotten many responses on the GOOD, BAD and the UGLY. So here is a simple quetion to anyone who is currently pulling duty with CSA or has pulled duty in the past for CSA, The apartments seem pretty modernized with certain creature comforts. I have been doing research on internet access and have gotten some good responses. Here is a question that might seem unimportant to some, what type of T.V. programs can I expect from my apartment T.V.? I would hate to have to to through the whole year and having to watch Arabic programs all the time. I'm pretty sure they dont have Direct TV pumped through the apartments, but can someone tell me what they do have available?
