moving to Malaysia, any suggestions??

My husband seems to be working more in Malaysia than he does at home. He is thinking of moving to KL for a year. We have a 4 month old son and I have MS. My concerns are health, loneliness, different food (for baby), safety, and ease of getting around the city. I was there for vacation last year for a week and did not enjoy. Not sure if it was because I was on vacation or not. I need some info from mother's living there, how they manage with little ones, and if I have anything to worry about. Any advice is helpful!!
