FMP medical coverage in Portugal

Hello,
I am a disabled vet considering retirement in Portugal. My disability status , determined by the VA, is 100% so I am entitled to medical coverage outside the US via the FMP(Foreign Medical Program) Are any US Disabled vets using the Foreign Medical Program in Portugal? If so,. how is the service and is it equal to or better then in the US?? Thanks so much!!!!! Dacos
