considering a move

My husband and I are considering moving our young family to UAE and would like to know the pro's and cons. Our kids are 3 and 1. What is schooling/care like and what is life like especially for western women and children? My husband is a meat trader, and I am in HR at the moment. What is work like there, and what is a good wage to look for when negotiating?
